RRB Technician Recruitment 2024: Important Dates
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) released the official notification for the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 on March 9, 2024. The application process was open from March 9 to April 8, 2024. Applicants were allowed to make corrections to their forms from June 3 to June 6, 2024. On August 22, 2024, the number of available Technician vacancies was increased from 9,144 to 14,298.
The RRB has also reopened the application process for the Technician positions from October 2 to October 16, 2024. Applicants will have another opportunity to edit their application forms between October 17 and October 21, 2024.

RRB Technician Recruitment 2024
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is conducting the Technician Recruitment 2024 process, which comprises three stages:
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): Candidates will undergo a computer-based examination at designated centers. The CBT consists of 100 questions, each carrying one mark, to be completed within 90 minutes. The questions will cover topics relevant to the Technician role.
- Document Verification: Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for document verification. They must present original documents, including educational certificates, identity proofs, and other relevant records, to confirm their eligibility.
