The Railway Recruitment Cell, North Central Railway has announced openings for Apprentice positions. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the RRC NCR’s official website at rrcpryj.org. This recruitment drive aims to fill 1,679 vacancies within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must have completed their SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under the 10+2 examination system) with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board.
Additionally, applicants should have completed an ITI course in the relevant trade from a National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT) recognized by the Government of India. Candidates must be at least 15 years old and not older than 24 years as of October 15, 2024.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a merit list, which will be created by averaging the percentage of marks obtained in both the Matriculation (with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks) and ITI examinations, giving equal weightage to each. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for document and certificate verification.
Application Fees
The application fee is ₹100/-. Applicants from SC/ST/PWD categories and women are exempt from paying the fee. Payment can be made using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or other available methods.
Other Details
Applicants must have a valid personal email ID before submitting their online application and should keep this email ID active throughout the engagement process.
Candidates are advised to carefully enter their personal details, including Aadhar number, PAN number, marks/CGPA, preferences for divisions/workshops/trades, as the computerized merit list will be generated based on the information provided in the online application.
