SBI Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment 2024:Applications Open For 58 Positions

The State Bank of India (SBI) is currently inviting applications for the position of 58 specialist cadre officers. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their applications by visiting the official SBI website at sbi.co.in. Please note that the deadline for applications has been extended to October 1.

Application Fees

Candidates belonging to the General, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) must pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹750.
Applicants from the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are exempt from this fee.

Complete the application form with the necessary information.
Attach your resume, cover letter, and any other required documents.
Pay the application fee and submit the completed form.

Selection Process

Shortlisting: Meeting the minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee an invitation for an interview. A committee at the bank will establish the criteria for shortlisting candidates, and only a limited number will be invited for interviews.
Interviews and CTC Negotiation: Interviews will be scored on a scale of 100, with the bank determining the minimum qualifying marks for this stage. A CTC (Cost to Company) Negotiation Committee will engage in discussions regarding the CTC during the interview.

Merit List

A merit list will be generated based solely on interview scores, arranged in descending order. If candidates have the same score, age will be the deciding factor, with older candidates given precedence.

Reservations for various categories will be in accordance with the current guidelines set by the Government of India.
Applicants must verify that they meet the eligibility requirements by the designated eligibility date prior to applying.
